Consumer-overridable sampler parameters.
Allows callers to override the default sampler configuration used when a GPUTexture is created. Defaults reproduce the previous built-in behaviour (trilinear filtering, repeat addressing, device maximum anisotropy and a max LOD covering every generated mip level).

Constructs sampler settings with the default values.
Defaults reproduce the previous built-in behaviour (trilinear filtering, repeat addressing, device maximum anisotropy and a max LOD covering every generated mip level).
Definition at line 89 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
VkSamplerAddressMode evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::addressModeU
Addressing mode for the U (width) axis.
Definition at line 129 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
VkSamplerAddressMode evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::addressModeV
Addressing mode for the V (height) axis.
Definition at line 134 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
VkSamplerAddressMode evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::addressModeW
Addressing mode for the W (depth) axis.
Definition at line 139 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
VkBool32 evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::anisotropyEnable
Whether anisotropic filtering is enabled.
Definition at line 116 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
float evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::maxAnisotropy
Maximum anisotropy value.
A value of 0 means "automatic": the device's maximum supported anisotropy is used.
Definition at line 124 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
float evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::maxLod
Maximum LOD that can be sampled.
A negative value means "automatic": the sampler covers every generated mip level (mipLevels - 1).
Definition at line 111 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
float evan::GPUTexture::SamplerSettings::minLod
Minimum LOD that can be sampled.
Definition at line 103 of file GPUTexture.hpp.
